Today, May 27, 2026, in the conference hall of the village of Shayan, Transcarpathian region, a scientific and practical conference is beginning on the topic: “Integration of hydro and wind generation into a unified energy system: electrical solutions for the Carpathian region of Ukraine”, which is being held under the auspices of the Scientific and Technical Union of Power Engineers and Electrical Engineers of Ukraine with the participation of the Association “Hydropower of Ukraine” and the “Ukrainian Wind Energy Association”.
